They made things out of cardboard, paper, wood, vinyl, plastic. They used 3D printers, laser cutters, vinyl cutters, computers, scissors, glue, tape. They crated mazes, boxes, wa'as (Hawaiian voyaging canoes), signs, labels.
For six weeks they worked by themselves and in groups. They imagined, planned, made, evaluated and improved numerous projects. Some projects were assigned by the teacher and some were totally the students idea.
